联合赤道环境影响评价股份有限公司成立于2015年，注册资本6000万元。是国内信用行业龙头企业联合信用信息服务有限公司的子公司。联合赤道是一家第三方验证服务提供商，旨在推动环境信用体系建设、绿色金融第三方验证、环境影响评估和环境咨询业务。联合赤道是国际气候债券倡议批准的核查机构、国际资本市场协会绿色债券原则观察员、绿色金融委员会委员、中国环境科学协会执行委员。

Lianhe Equator Environmental Impact Assessment Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015, with registered capital of 60 million RMB. It is the subsidiary of Lianhe Credit information service Co., Ltd—a leader corporation in the domestic credit industry. Lianhe Equator is a third-party verification service provider, aiming at promote the construction of the environmental credit system, third-party verification for green finance, environmental impact assessment and environmental consulting business. Lianhe Equator is an approved verification agency of the International Climate Bonds Initiative, the observer of the Green Bond Principles of the International Capital Markets Association, the member of the Green Finance Committee, and the China Environmental Science Association executive member.
